The Cuban Cultural Center of New York and the Society of Cuban-American Engineers & Architects invite you to a fundraising luncheon in support of our IX Annual Congress CUBAN ARCHITECTURE: A CULTURAL LEGACY Featuring a unique presentation on The History of Cuban Cuisine by culinary historian, author, and restauranteur Maricel Presilla owner of Zafra, Cucharamama and the newly opened Ultramarinos, all in Hoboken. Ms. Presilla was recently featured in The New York Times (2/17), (click on link: ) and has been a guest chef at the White House and on numerous television programs, including the Food Network and Martha Stewart.
